Can a Multi-purpose Moisture Oil Work for Me?
I've had a lot of people come to me with this question or with concerns about using the same oil for body, face, and hair. Is it safe to use the same oil for your face as you do for your body? ABSOLUTELY! My recommendation: READ THE INGREDIENTS.
First rule of thumb - you want to make sure that all of the oils included in the oil blend are non-comedogenic. That means that the skincare product is specially formulated so it does not cause blocked pores.
Second - check that the blend consists of oils that have different absorption rates. If the blend consists of more than 4 types of oils there is usually a reason for this. Each oil does something specific for the skin, resulting in an all purpose blend that is safe and convenient to add to any face, body, or hair care routine.
