Local Pickup Policy Change
Please read the changes to our Local Pickup policy.
Local Pickup Dates and Times
Currently as our business grows, the Portland store is open Friday thru Sunday. Pickup times are as follows:
- Fridays: 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
- Saturdays: 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
- Sundays: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
NOTE - At this time we cannot accommodate special requests.
What to Expect After Purchase
Typically processing time for a local pickup purchase is 2 - 4 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. A scheduling link will be included in the email.
NOTE - Please do not schedule your pickup UNTIL AFTER you have received your notification.
Scheduling a Pickup
Schedule your pickup using the link provided in the notification email. If you make a purchase on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order may not be ready for pickup until the following weekend.
Picking Up Your Order
Please arrive one time within the 15 minute window of your pickup time. The pickup appointments are staggered every 15 min to reduce the number of people in the store at a time. This is especially important on Saturday's and sale days.
Come in to the store and let us know your are there for a pickup and we will retrieve your order from the staging shelf.
In the event that you do not pickup your order within TWO FULL WEEKS from the first available time slot after notification, your item(s) will be restocked.
For example, if you ordered on Monday and it was ready on Wednesday you have 2 weeks from that Friday to schedule and pickup your order. During that time period you will receive ONE reminder email and ONE restock notification email.
You will receive an restocking notification email asking if you would like your purchase refunded or placed on a Helen Rose Skincare gift card. I if item is discontinued, on clearance or out of season you will be issued a gift card.
